I'm almost 2 weeks late and I lost my thermometer so I was not able to temp but I found it today and my bbt was 98.7.. The day before my missed period it was 98.2. But I got a bfn that day :( I guess I've been putting off testing because I don't want really feel pregnant and I don't want to see the negative test again. So I guess my question is: since I'm 13 days late and have a big temp spike can I be pretty sure I'm pregnant?
