Recovery Times/Aching Muscles
Hello gorgeous fit women of Glow!
Two days ago, I did a pretty intense leg/thigh workout, combined with a 2kilometre run, and ever since my muscles have been in severe pain.
It hurts to sit/squat down, to run & even to sit on the toilet.
I did around 70-100 squats, & about 50 lunges as well as stretces etc.
Is there anything I can do to boost recovery time so I can be back exercising? I have a fat around my butt & thighs and want to keep burnin it off!
