How long were you on BC pills before TTC?

I was on BC pills for 8 years and my cycles have become very irregular now. Has this happened to anyone else? How long did it take for you to conceive?

I was never TTC and conceived on birth control.

11 years on various BC methods: the patch, mirena, the ring. Took 3 months to conceive after stopping BC.

Never been on BC. I have a family history of blood clots, not risking it. Condoms worked, and I think after this baby, hubby's getting a vasectomy

I was on BC for 5-6 yrs and I concieved the month right after I stopped taking them. After he was born I got the mirena had it for 3 yrs and now have been TTC going on 3 yrs.

I was on bc for 15 years. Stopped in July and have been ttc since Aug. I have some other health issues so it is probably going to take some time. My cycles are fairly reg at about 30-34 days :-)

I was on different pills for 9+ years. Came off of it in June. Periods were crazy painful and irregular. I got pregnant last month

I can't vote but I was on BCP for 7ish years.. When I came off I had like a 50+ cycle and was going nuts ever since then things started to even out at 34 days but then k started taking geritol daily and now I am 28/29 the last 3 months pretty happy about that! GL

I was on BC for 10 years before going off to see what happened. It took 11 months since I was off the pill but we used the glow calendar first the first 6 months after going off the pill because I wanted it out of my system. So really it only took 5 months.
