Water Intake?

Hi, I'm sure most are suffering from having to go to the bathroom all the time. Oh, the joys of pregnancy ? My question is what do you keep your water intake at? Suggestions?

We have a big glass pitcher and I've been cutting up fruit and sticking it in the fridge! Pineapple, strawberry, lemon, grapefruit rosemary! So good. Can't wait until summer for cucumbers and all of my fresh garden herbs to add to the mix. The flavor really helps me drink more.

I have one coffee in the morning and drink  2L water over the day minimum.

8 glasses of fluid, 8 oz each. Juices, milk, etc. count.

I'm always thirsty. I have a feeling I'm gunna have gestational diabetes this pregnancy too. I've been checking my sugars and they haven't been high but my thirst says different.

Im having the hardest time with this... Are u sure juices and teas count in the 10 water a day?

I have a huge problem with my water intake.  I only drink when I'm thirsty and do not know how to drink anymore than I feel thirsty for.   Any advice?

I have a big cold cup that I drink at least 4 of during the day, which works out to be about 3 liters. That doesn't include any juice or tea I may have either.

10 glasses a day/ don't reduce intake because your doing wees more- you need to keep well hydrated.
