Get rid of headache without taking medication?

Can someone tell me how I can completely get rid of my headache without take Tylenol ? I wanna get rid of it naturally.

I'm a total hippie and this is my remedy.  lol
Pot of boiling water with 2 tbsp. peppermint oil and 1 tbsp. of Vick's VapoRub.  
Cover with lid until it steams. Stand over the pot and breathe in the steam. 
While doing this, place a washcloth or small towel (wet) in the microwave for 1 minute. Put hot cloth on your neck, draped over the base of the head and over the ears. 
Works every time! My husband gets migranes and he loves this method as well.

I get horrible headaches too and unfortunately not a lot of things worked. I usually wait it out but once its over i feel its rewarding!
Sometimes eating helped and ofc drinking tons of water daily even if you dont have a headache

Most doctors will tell you that if not treated a headache will just get worse. So just take some Tylenol

Peppermint oil helps. Tiger balm has been my life saver as my headache are in my neck and lower skull area. I get horrible tension headaches. I also pop in the shower sometimes if it's bad.

Putting an ice pack at the back of my neck pr on my forehead helps sometimes

I've never been able to completely get rid of a headache without Tylenol but I have extremely decreased severity of headaches to the point of not really noticing them. What I do (when I am able to) is: ice on the base of my skull - it's best if I lay on a bag of ice held in place with a firm pillow. I'll even put a bag of ice + water inside of a wet wash cloth and place over my eyes. Both at the same time is wonderful. If I can't do that, straight peppermint oil (now foods brand) on my temples/ ear area/ neck is amazing (careful not to get it in the eyes- worst pain EVER) some people dilute the oil with olive or coconut oil but then ya can't feel the tingly goodness. Good luck mama- I know it sucks. Hydrate too!
