I always take emergen-c when feeling like a cold or flu is coming on. I took it this AM without thinking and now I'm not sure that was a good idea. It has 1,000mg of vitamin C.   Has anyone taken this before while pregnant? I'm 3 weeks from ovulation right now, and 5 from LMP. Thoughts? I am probably over thinking it. I also texted my doc for an answer, no response yet.
