Hip and pelvic pain this early??!!

Question

Ok so I'm about 4 1/2 weeks along and I'm already having hip and pelvic pain!!! It's not bad but it's definitely sore and noticeable! Is it way to early to be having this?? This is my first pregnancy so I'm thinking it may have to do with that, but I'm not sure.

You may want to try doing some stretches to help with the pain, it works for me anyway. If you don't already do it I would try some beginning yoga classes to help with the hip pain! Good luck!

I'm having hip pain already too, and I did with my first pregnancy as well. I got one of those pregnancy pillows and that helped so much. I got the snoogle, and this time I'm getting the Back N Belly from Leachco.

Are you a small build? 
Your body will be constantly changing  your bones joints  and muscles will relax to make space for the baby. 
If your small your hips will widen to accommodate the baby's head

Speak to your doctor about it my mum was told another pregnancy would have split her pelvis she was in agony having my brother and was kept in hospital she's lucky she can still walk
