Cramping early like around 3dpo -6dpo & ended up with BFP?!

Hey is there anyone that had bad cramps or cramps in general that ended up being pregnant not just cramping but SUPER sensitive and sore nipples, bloating, indigestion and other symptoms?

I started cramping at 2dpo got my bfp 4 days before af showed, unfortunately i miscarried at 6 weeks 2 days
