When would you do a BBT? I know it's to be done b4 you get out of bed but I get up at 6am then back to bed at 730am then up for the day by 1030 for 2 days. then the next 3 days I get up at 930. I tested today for the first time at 930,  so I want to keep a regular schedule. Not sure what time to test. I assume the time doesn't matter so much as just the movement of my blood flow???
