Early pregnancy cravings?

Im not positive if im pregnant or not but its possible, and im having cravings for nothing but sweet stuff and anything salty is repulsive to me. Is this an early pregnancy symptom? Stopped nuvaring on Dec 3 and had a period already and not sure when I ovulated or if i even did.
