Anybody else have this?

I'm wondering about ovulation symptoms.

I notice that my IBS always acts up the two days before AF comes. A lot of cramps and frequent trips to the potty.

Pretty sure I'm ovulating today and having similar symptoms. I was constipated all week and now today super cramps and lots of potty trips. My bbt has also plummeted, I have ewcm for the first time ever, and I got a positive opk.

Just wondering if anyone else has these symptoms around ovulation? Also a little nausea. Great feeling for BD eh!? Lol.
