New Years drink?

Did anyone have a sip of champagne or some other alcoholic beverage to celebrate the new year? If so, would that do any damage?

I was told a glass of wine would be okay when I was pregnant with my first. (I was 8 months pregnant on my 21st birthday) but I just never dared.

I had a few sips of champagne at midnight and then some deeeeelicious black currant lambic beer, probably like 5 oz only :) small glass. It's sooooo good and only like 3% alcohol content

I had one glass of red wine. I've heard it's ok to do everyone once in a while. But I did get nervous also. It's amazing how quickly you change when you find out your pregnant.
