Bleeding and periods!!

In May I decided to stop my depo, because I wasn't sexually active and I have RA my doctor said if I was gonna stay on it I need to start a calcium supplement(yuck). I had planned on getting an IUD but plans changed. I started spotting in June and spotted a pretty heavy amount every day from June until October. Beginning of October went back to the doctor asking for something to stop the bleeding (had to do post-baby too). Took 2 weeks for her to call something in for me! In that 2 weeks I bleed VERY heavy for almost 2 complete weeks. 15+grams an hour all day!!! She put on a high dose of estrogen for a week and it stopped. Now I've had no period at all I've taken 2 pregnancy tests both negative. Idk what to do, ignore that I don't have a period and be happy or be weird?
