Did we BD too early? Hubby has decreased sperm count and we BD at 1PM yesterday and 3PM today. So worried it wasn't enough time for sperm to replenish. :/

General rule with low sperm count or morphology is to have sex every 2 days, or at most, every other day. Obviously you could still have a chance this cycle, but if this one is unsuccessful, I'd try to space out the sex a little more to give his swimmers a better chance to build back up.

UPDATE my preg chances are 19.9% today if he had reg sperm count. Should we do it tonight? Are there any swimmers left?
