My mom became pregnant with my oldest sister on accident at the age of 18, but in all honesty she was probably the best "mistake" of her life. My sister is now 24 and is a successful young women who works as an X - ray technician who earns a good salary. Sometimes certain things happen for a good reason.

I had my baby at 19. I had a hard life and prevented me from doing many things. I also didn't have a lot of support. It changed my life for sure. Stretch marks, lot of stress, gained lots of weight, had to work a lot but always struggling, no father in the child's life... but after all that I love my child more than anything. If I could change it I would gave a baby after I got my career or married.

I was ttc at 18 id been with my fiancee for a yr and we decided we wanted to start a family. I think it just depends on the person im not about the partying drinking livin it up lifestyle. I think if u feel ready and u and ur so r on the same page y not.

I fell pregnant with my eldest @ 18. She was planned.

Don't get me wrong she is the best thing ever to happen to me and I adore her but it's hard work. At 18 your still only a kid and have so much still to do in life despite how grown up you think you are or how much you have done with your life, at 18 you havnt done or seen nothing.

If I could go back Id have waited a few years (23 like now and expecting 2nd baby). Having a baby isn't all it seems it's bloody hard work but so worth it. Just live first.

It really depends. My mother became pregnant with me by accident at 18. The first few years of my life were really tough. My bio-dad left us within months, if it wasn't for her amazing strength and the help of family I don't know what we would have done. However I was happily married at 18 and, while we didn't get pregnant then, I know we would have been ok if we had. Not as great as now since we waited, but ok.
