What if you find out your daughter is bisexual would u think oh its just a phase it will pass in a few months or think ohh she don't know what she is talking about yet or just leave her be and be who she is

I wouldn't care.. Either way she is my child and I will always love and support her. I would be so happy she could tell me how she feels and I would be her number one cheerleader and someone she can come to about anything. People worry too much about others sexual preferences

I wouldn't ever tell her "it's just a phase" or "you don't know what your talking about" or "you don't know who you are yet" or any of those other things. It takes a lot to come out to your parents about something like that, so obviously she feels like she can come to you about these things.

If I were you, I would tell her that she can feel safe and comfortable talking to you abut this. Make her feel like she can trust you. Because as her parent, you are one of the most influencial people in her life, and if she is questioning her sexuality, she needs you as her rock, to talk to and to get support. Help her understand what she's thinking. Support her. Inform yourself on this topic, do some research. If this is who she is, then you should love her and accept her regardless :) good luck!!

Let her be herself, I am 24 and my first real crush was a girl. I was 16 not sure of your daughters age. Just try to support her, if you dont in the end she will go wild and do it anyway. My parents were super religous and tried to cram their bible down my throat because of it. I tried to be "normal" and shut those feelings off and it just made things worse. Right now she needs your support the most.
