Spotting :(

6 weeks today and starting spotting about an hour ago. Left a message for my doctor and haven't heard back. It's pinkish light brown and I'm experiencing light pains but nothing I'm not used to. Still experiencing nausea. Trying not to freak out, but not really succeeding. I have my week 7 ultrasound scheduled for Thursday next week.
