Jessica • Positive pregnancy test on September 16, hcg test at 600. September 18, up to 1300. Due May 22, 2015 with boy #3 - Ares!
I am pregnant with my third, so I will just tell you my previous two.
For my 1st, I was dilated 3cm and effaced for more than 3 weeks, so they decided to induce. I went in that morning, and they broke my water. Let me tell you, it was like niagra falls! They gave me pitocen. Contractions came. I had thought I would try being brave but at 7cm, I said nope! Give me the drugs! Twelve hours later... The baby went into distress and I had an emergency c-section. a week later, I had to have another emergency surgery for my gallbladder. That was a long 12 week healing process.
With my second, it was a "planned" c-section. They had me scheduled for the 17th, but had to reschedule to the 20th. I went in then, but they had absolutely no beds. So they sent me home and said to come back in the morning. My husband and best friend made me walk around Walmart and play board games until late. I went into actual labor during night/early morning. So I went to the hospital a little early, and thankful that I did. Just enough time to prep for csection, and the doctor told me that had I waited I would have undoubtedly had a uterine rupture.  The second csection was so much easier to heal from! Took no time at all.
