New to TTC and OPK need answers please!!

My husband and I have been officially TTC for almost a month now. I am new to it all I've never tested using opks until here recently and have only gotten single line negatives. But last few days I've had ovulation symptoms with increased EW CM and so I decided to test with an opk again and finally got a very faint second line!! I know its still negative but does that mean I'm about to ovulate or have already and levels are dropping off? Why does the glow app say I'm not due to ovulate until the 23rd?? Help please need answers kind in the dark here!! Thank you!!!
