Overweight and PCOS/ Pregnitude success stories!!!

I'm about 60 lbs overweight as my doctor has told me and I have been losing weight since 2 years ago. I have lost 76 lbs overall. I was just diagnosed with PCOS 4/2014 and it has taken a toll on mine and hubby's marriage. We would love a baby but it just hasn't happened. I was recently suggested by a nurse to try pregnitude and I want to see of anyone has any success with it before I invest money on it. TIA!!!!
