Stressing ...

So today I made a status saying how my bf (boy bestfriend) was always telling me how I have alot of hoes & I'm always playing roles but his ex gf /first love lives with him ... about a hour ago he got mad at me & he texted me & told me to find a new bf , he's done with me , & that just hurt my feelings , 😔 I didn't mean for it to go that far considering the fact that we were planning on getting together & now we not even talking , I just don't know what to do , I'm stressing about alot of things including this... please just tell me what I can do 😔😪
