Question for anyone who just got their bfp or if you can remember...did you have any pain in your ovaries area before you got your bfp? 

I'm 12dpo today and last night I had this throbbing sharp pain that would come and go every couple of minutes in my right ovary (well it was in that area). I thought it was the way I was laying but it wasn't. I changed positions multiple times and I could still feel it. Im still feeling it a little this morning, along with some light cramping. The pain was similar to ovulation pain but not as intense. 

I temp and use opks so ovulation was confirmed. So I'm just a little curious about this, never felt this in any of my other cycles.
