Just hire someone once every two weeks to help out a little. If he doesn't agree then ask for his help.

Yes when I was a stay home mom,  I used to ask him for help. At 1st was hard bc they way we were raise was woman take care of the house and kids and the man just bring money to the house.. but I sat with him and talked to him about how I was feeling and he started helping. Now it was not the way I wanted but he tried. That's what matter. 😉😉
