My partner and I have been thinking about having a small ceremony out in nature led by his gay best friend. We want to be faaaaaar away from any churches.

We got married in a chapel on an army post!  Now that my husband is the same religion, we are going to have a second "wedding", to be sealed in the Temple!! I'm really excited :D

I initially thought I wanted it in a church but changed my mind to a garden wedding. I love flowers and garden weddings are so gorgeous! Nothing wrong with churches though 😊

We had a church wedding to please our parents, but we regret it now- we are agnostic, but it would have been more meaningful if we had been able to tailor our ceremony to our own beliefs.
