16 & Late. 😣💔

I'm 3 days late & freaking out. I have a regular cycle where it always starts on the same day every month. I'm ashamed that I was irresponsible & didn't use protection. I don't know how to get a pregnancy test without my dad knowing. I'm hoping that I'm just having an off month. I just need some support right now while I wait for AF. SO ashamed of myself right now. 💔😣
