Ladies would you date someone with the same name as your dad? My boyfriend and father have the same name. It don't bother me one bit. My father did just come back into my life last April tho. But I don't find it weird at all. Would you?

I don't think that I could because my dad's name is Edward. Twilight kind of ruined that name, and it's kind of an old man name 😂

My brother married someone named Jamie. Luckily I was already married so there wasn't 2 of us with the same last name....it's still kind of weird that she has my name now though.

I dated a guy named zach for a few years. which is also my younger brothers name I honestly don't think it matters one bit.

Now I'm dating a great guy but his brothers wife has the same  name as me and it's hell confusing because where allways together !!

My brother dated a girl with the same name as me, only lasted 3 weeks, he only ever called her 'babe' but still said it was way too wierd when anybody was talking to her or about her lol

I wouldnt be able to, because my dad raped me when i was seven, so anything relating to him is a trigger. But under normal circumstances i think i would be okay with it :)

I always used nicknames (im bad with names...really bad ive actually NEVER called my husband by his real name) but i guess it would be fine as long as they didnt want me to call them daddy 😳
