Pregnant???

April • My husband and I have been ttc for over 3 years. We are just getting over an ectopic pregnancy that happen in Aug. and we are ttc our rainbow baby!
Ok so my husband and I tried for 3 years before we finally got out BFP. However the joy was short lived and at 9 wks found out the baby was ectopic. I had to have emergency surgery but they were able to save my tube. This all happen this past October. My cycles have normalized since and so this last month with my doctor's approval we began to try again. Now here I am 5 days late. I took a test the day my period was due and it was negative. I am so scared because what if it is another ectopic and that is why it is not showing yet. Would love any advice. Has anyone else been in a situation similar?

From experience with losing a tube and ttc after.. your ectopic will show on a pregnancy test. Honey I didn't get AF for 3 months after my ectopic rupture.. and actually had to take 2 rounds of provera just for it to start again. Don't stress.. your body is just trying to regulate still. But make sure your testing every other day until you either get a positive or AF. Hugs and prayers

I'm sorry for your loss. I had an ectopic dec 13'. On cycle day 27And  12DPO I took a test and found out I was pregnant. However, at 5 1/2 weeks I started bleeding a lot and found out it was ectopic. So even if it is ectopic it may show up on a test. Good luck to you!!

It gave us time to heal physically and emotionally. Hope you told your family, I felt so much better after I did

we know that after an eptopic our bodies are much more sensitive and we do feel everything. I think I ovulated last week and It felt like the eptopic did but not as intense:( did the doctors say you are more likely to have another eptopic? I hope and pray it's not in your tube.

yes for about a month afterwards. It did get better though. now that I am late though I don't know if I'm imagining the slight cramps or if they are real.

I just had an eptopic 4 weeks ago. It has been awful but luckily I didn't have surgery or lose a tube. I'm so sorry that you went through it. I hope that it's not in your tubes either but I know if you worry it can and will delay af. After what we have been through its so hard not to worry. All you can do is call your obgyn asap and start getting your hcg tested. Keep me posted.
