40 weeks and not dilated?!?

Today is suppose to be my due date...but I haven't even dilated at all! I have my appointment on Friday, I'm doing all I can to dilate. Any more advice on how to dilate?! 😩 I'm getting so tired of waiting I just want to have him naturally.

I wasn't dilated at all at 40+2 weeks with my second but had him three days later

Do you have a pregnancy ball?? One of the giant aerobics balls that you can sit on and bounce baby down?? That's what helped me. That and walking.

With my first I wasn't dilated at all either but at 41wks I was 4cms (went into labour 41+2).

I did squats because at that time I remeber when I did squats I would get a pain in cervix from baby head hitting cervix which can cause dilation so did that for few days not sure if that worked or not or if it was just one of those things

You still have another safe two weeks. Bebe will come when ready. Walk daily. Have sex. Land spend the rest of your time soaking up as much alone time as possible.
