Confused

Last week my obgyn did a pap and said I have a bacterial infection but didn't specify what kind. They put me on 10 days of antibiotics and it didn't work. I now have severe back pain.. groin pain.. I still have itching and darker urine..my pap was normal and they want me to go back in next week.. I'm worried these could be side effects from getting my mirena out in December
