Yes it is safe reason being is because Tylenol is metabolized in the live & aleve gets metabolized in the kidneys. Being said since it goes into two different places you are able to take them. You wouldn't be able to if they both got metabolized in the same place hope this helps.

I have had knee problems for a long time and I refuse drugs. I take those for pain when needed my doctor has told me to try and wait about an hour in between each because of the time it takes to metabolize not where but if that is true then that's cool too. But I do and my doc was the one that told me it was ok. But if your pregnant I would check with your doctor first.
