Confused about symptoms

For the past about 4 or 5 days I have been having pain in my vagina area after peeing, & for past 2 or 3 days light pink spotting on top of mild cramps, bloating, being very emotional, & tender breasts. I have the urge to urinate about every 30 minutes & most of the time don't even need to pee. I've looked up symptoms but not really getting a straight answer, wondering if anyone has had these before & what they ended up being? Thanks!
