Is my boss being unfair??

I told my boss I was pregnant to get it out of the way. She was shocked to say the least. She didn't even congratulate me. Just said "oh so you will need some time off huh?..." I let it go.. Then about a week ago she "politely mentioned" that I was not able to take time off for baby appointments that I would need to go before or after work. This is my second pregnancy, my last went fine, but at birth my daughter had complications & I was told if I had another I would need close monitoring. The office my doctor runs does not have "late" or "early" hours. Typical business hours 8-5 wich I work 7:45 to 4:30. Am I over reacting by being upset? I really don't k ow what to do. Anyone have advice??
