Threatened miscarriage @ 12 weeks

Yesterday I started getting cramps and gushing bright red blood & clots. Went straight to A&E and the nurse took my BP & heart rate... That was all fine. Was then examined by a doctor who felt my tummy and said that it felt nice and hard... She said I might just be having a threatened miscarriage rather than a proper miscarriage. The bleeding slowed down so was sent home last night and told to rest lots. Having ultrasound tomorrow as planned so I'm praying that my baby is ok 🙏 Positive thoughts and prayers please ❤️
