Canned tuna??

Im 9/10 weeks.  So is canned tuna alright or not? Its only a little bit and not planning on having anymore this week

My OB said six ounces a week. Cooked. Not raw like ahi.

I still eat it. I'm 34 weeks. Try googling the actual numbers for what is to high in mercury. They honestly don't know and it take A LOT of fish to eat to much.

I was in the same boat craving tuna but I wouldn't risk it due to high Mercury in tuna.
