Someone please Help Me!
I went from a size 5 to a size 10 in 2 years
I've never had to "try" and maintain my size
I need help with food to eat/cook and stuff
I've heard too many calories are bad too few is bad
What REALLY works?!
Its about a 30lb difference
Who knew that'd be such a difference and so hard to lose?!
Help & accountability are appreciated
Before I used to model & now I won't even go swimming :(
I know I'm not big by most standard, but I just am uncomfortable
