Watch your body for clues. Some women get slight cramping when ovulating on the right or left side, also track your cervical mucus. The more discharge you have (looks like egg whites) the better!  That's what I watch for. You can also try ovulation kits but I find them super confusing. Hope this helps 😊

Yes you can it's just harder to pin point. I have very long,irregular cycles and the only way to track ovulation,for me, was to start basal body temping. And opk when I think it might soon.good luck!

I am in a similar situation. I have not had a "normal period" in over two years... Is it a hormonal imbalance? The only thing I get is a little bit of a slimy brownish reddish mucus on my underwear for two days. It's very little though. Is that meant to be my period? So can I still be ovulating if my period is like this? My husband also has low sperm count and we are trying but do get discouraged at times.
