Has anybody ever had a dream they got a positive test and not actually been pregnant?

One of my no doubt pregnancy symptoms is weird dreams. They usually start the day after conception. But I've never had one where I took a test and it was positive.

I've been having weird uncomfortable cramp like pains in my uterus area...I'm 4 dpo if I ovulated when I think I did. But I may have ovulated early....

Hubby and I wanted to wait to test until my period is 2 days late but I don't know if I can do that!
