Hi guys. So, I know this is a long shot but I'm 26 years old, just started trying to conceive for the first time, and am in "remission" for ulcerative colitis. I was diagnosed in 2004, then was faced with having a total Colectomy with J pouch reconstruction in 2006 because I was never able to stay healthy. I recently found out that infertility increases to 52% in women who have gone through this procedure (due to scar tissue and other factors), and I have to admit I'm shocked and in tears over this discovery. I have to know, is there any other women on here that have gone through this procedure that can share the conception experiences with me? I would really appreciate it
