When did you start buying?

I'm 10 weeks today. I have seen the heartbeat it was a strong 182! I was just curious as to when everyone started buying some small things like bottles ect..

I'm almost 13 weeks and we already have some major things like a crib, dresser, side table. We knew what we wanted, and they aren't specific to the gender. We also got a Christmas bonus and bought them instead of buying each other something. I feel really good about it because we are buying as extra money comes in, rather than feeling a financial burden later. :) buy whenever it feels right for you!

Ive bought things here and there, every week I buy a little. I'm pretty much doing it on my own, so I have to do it over time when I have the money.

I bought a piggy bank for baby a few weeks ago, have started putting some extra coins in there already. Other than that, we gave both sets of parents a onesie for next Christmas, to announce the pregnancy, but haven't gotten anything else. I wish I had, though; I found some super cute onesies on Amazon a while back that are out of stock now :(

I haven't bought bottles or anything but I have picked up a diaper bag and some onsies that are unisex. I'm 13 weeks 1 day. I figure I will get a lot of everything on the way so not going to spend too much....I hope! Lol

I got some onesies the other day and will be buying yarn when the 2nd trimester starts to celebrate and knit a baby cardigan pattern I love. This will be my family's first grandchild so we're waiting a bit to get things since I know we will be overloaded by family and friends closer to the time. :)
