Does the strength of the line on a pregnancy mean anything? Please explain.

I took 4 test and on all one line was always lighter I asked my doc about it and he said pay it no mind it just means maybe ur levels were lower at the time u peed on the stick. As long as u see at least one line clearly ur good. I'm 20 weeks and 4 days and me and baby are healthy!

Thanks :) was wondering because this was 4 days after my missed period and the first one was with first morning, the second was after dinner. So was just trying to clarify that for myself :)

Not necessarily. Diluted urine can show up a fainter line though that's why morning urine is best so the HCG is more concentrated. Darker lines don't always mean you're further along or carrying twins like some people believe.

If there's any kind of a line it means your pregnant. The darker it is something just means the higher your HCG level so u may be further on but HCG can have a huge range for each week so wouldn't look into that too muxh

I think if it's stronger it just means that you are further along. That's why when girls test before their period they sometimes get a faint line.
