My husband and I recently moved to Texas and he is actively searching for a job while I am hunkered down with studying for the TX bar exam. Today, my mother came into my dad's house (we have weird living arrangements due to family dynamics; they're not divorced but live somewhat separately) and screamed at me at the top of her lungs for not sweeping some dust off the floor. Then she went on to nit pick my husband and called him useless for not having a job and failing to clean the house.
