So I went to dance (hip hop) tonight for the first time in a year. My midwife said it would be just fine since my body is used to it. I just now went to the washroom and wiped blood. Fairly pink, and not a whole bunch but enough to be noticeable. I'm so scared I've done something wrong and something has happened to my baby. I'm 9 weeks 2 days. Has anyone else had spotting after exercise?
