Please tell me your symptoms I really thought I was pregnant this month and felt a small lump on my right ovary(accidentally said left) and it was never there before. I had spotting 4DPO-7DPO,lower back and hip pain. Hip sometimes had a burning sensation,ovary pain from right to left and right sometimes had a burning sensation,diarrhea and constipation.. I don't want to rule out anything and want to know the possibilities. This is the first I had this and had spotting and im nervous..
