We told my mother in law we were pregnant and her first response is your kidding, no you're not, no you're not. I'm not ready, this is going to change your life, I'm too young. We are 27! She's almost 60. No phone call the next week she gets us a cake and hugs me and says congratulations when we go out for dinner. Then she asks me if I want a glass of wine. Of course I say no. Now today she is asking me when we can go skiing! I told her I can't go and her response is bunnie slopes. I don't know what to say or do to make myself feel better about her reactions. Once the baby is here everything will fall into place. I just don't know what to say to her....
