I went to planned parenthood yesterday and they prescribed me to aubra birth control pills and Ella for emergency contraception just in case. Has anyone used any of these? Any advice or tips? They told me that I could start yesterday and that if I wanna have sex the first seven days I should use a back up method so when should I have sex?
