Bestfriend/lover?

Okay.

My (newly) bestfriend is bi, and I'm bi. We both know that about each other.. 
A few nights ago we went to the club with our boyfriends, and her boyfriend told her to kiss me, but she thought he was just saying that because he was drunk (he's 100% against her with another girl while they're together). 
She said she would have kissed me if she had known he was serious. 
On the other hand, my boyfriend is okay with me being with another girl.
I really do like her a lot, but I don't know what I should do about it..

Have her ask if its ok to date another girl because he needs to feel ok with it or I think its wrong to do anything with out full permission from S/O

I say no because if you do that it'll be like putting crap in a blender then taking the cap off under a ceiling fan and then you can say good bye to a good friendship.
