Miscarried my first child last night. Just seeing who else has and how you got through it...

I miscarried three times. All I could do was just cry it out, go on walks, and do things for myself to let time heal. I'm so sorry for your loss. Go treat yourself to something nice and take all the time you need to emotionally and physically heal. ❤️

I am asking myself this same question. The dr confirmed yesterday I will be miscarrying soon. I am completely devastated and hurt. I can't stop crying. How do you heal from this? Right now it seems like I'll be forever depressed. I am so sorry for your loss.

I took a pregnancy test that came back positive once. Every pregnancy test after that turned negative though. My period was a week late but finally got there I was devastated. But now I'm 15 weeks with a beautiful baby! 💛💜💚

Yes I had a miscarriage beginning of July last year I fell pregnant again pretty much straight away im now 28 weeks, I believe everything happens for a reason xx

I've had two. The first broke my heart.  Four years later, my amazing daughter was born.  Then another miscarriage.  For the first,  after a year or so,  one morning I woke up and it didn't hurt anymore.  The second one was easier somehow.

Yes. I had a miscarriage at 5 weeks, so technically it's considered a chemical pregnancy, but it was still difficult. And it was the day after Christmas and we had just told our family Christmas Eve. It took me a couple weeks to not be really sad about it. I know God has a plan for us and this baby just wasn't healthy. I still think about it, but I'm not sad anymore because I know God will bless us with a healthy baby soon!

Good luck sweetie dealing with yours. And there is no right or wrong way to deal with it. Just do what feels right for you.

Yes and it was horrible. I found peace through prayer and accepting that it was Gods will. It took us 7 months of TTC that baby I lost and I was 8 weeks pregnant. Took us 8 months to finally get another BFP.

I miscarried my first in August at 10 weeks I cried and cried and was depressed for a bit...than decided to go to the gym like 5 times a week and eat healthy and get back to normal and get my body ready,almost 2 months later im pregnant again I'm 20 weeks now and still worry everyday . So sorry for your loss it's not easy:(

First pregnancy ended at 14 weeks. The second ultrasound showed no heartbeat. It was a partial molar, which means it had an extra set of chromosomes. I was devastated. But now I have two kids, and I'm almost 10 weeks. Obviously I'm nervous until the second trimester, but I know I can have kids. Keep your chin up. There isn't really anything someone can say to make you feel better. Only time can do that.
