When you get your AF at night...

Do you count that as day 1 or the next morning day 1??

I don't know how everyone dose it but my doctor told me that if you start on a day and have full flow before 6pm then count that as day one if start counting the next day as one

Honestly, if I started spotting and if I put on a pad and it doesn't 'fill up' a little by the next hour, then I put it in as spotting.
