Has anyone been told while taking clomid it may interfere with a positive OPK?

If you have pcos it's a waste.  You will get falus positives.  Better to chart by Temp

My doc said don't bother wasting money on opks. So I stopped using them but it was so difficult to tell when ovulating esp as your cm dries up on Clomid. So I started using them again with a glimmer of hope that it might give me some kind of clue as to when I ovulate
