Same situation here . I'm small now at 18 weeks than I was last month

They look pretty similar to me. I think what has happened is that bloat has gone down and your uterus which is in a different location than the bloating is popping out now. Don't worry! If doctor says your OK, you probably are.

I feel the same way. A couple weeks ago I felt huge and now I don't feel so big. Especially in the morning.

It looks like your baby has just shifted postions, and maybe some of your bloating has gone down. Also it can depend on the time of day whether or not  it's just safter waking or all day

I actually think the second photo you look a tiny bit bigger in. Sometimes the baby moves which can cause bump to look smaller some days :)
